Year 2 build bridges | May 26, 2016 |
On Wednesday 11th May, Year 2 had a fabulous time with their parents building bridges. We were only allowed to use old newspapers and sticky tape. The bridge had to be strong enough to hold a weight. Mrs. Scott was the judge- it was very exciting. The winning team made a bridge so strong that Mrs. Clarke was able to sit on it without it breaking! |

On Monday 25th April Year 2 visited Barnard Castle. It was very cold, but we learnt lots about how archaeologists work. We investigated different parts of the castle and 'guessed' what they might have been and how they may have been used.
We were worried about the two storey toilet!
