Year 6 learning

Year 6 have been busy.  They have been making clay skulls as part of out topic Hola Mexico. They looked at the Day of the Dead skulls and decided to do some of their own.

They also had a mock parliament when learning about how to persuade. Some were in favour of moving SATs to July (the opposition), others wanted to leave them in May. (The Conservative party.)

Not forgetting the trip to Clip ‘n’ Climb- the end of SATs treat.

Reception visit Egypt

Around the World Day at Viewley Hill! Reception visited Egypt. They boarded the flight with their passports, painted the Eye of Horus, practised walking like an Egyptian... and it just wouldn't be the same without making someone into a mummy![envira-gallery id="3942"]
