Year 5 investigate forces

October 23, 2015
Year 5 took advantage of the sunny weather to get outside and investigate forces. They used balls, bean bags, hoops and ropes – and each other!  Can you tell which forces they are investigating?

Y2 Pirate Day

October 22, 2015
Yo-ho me Mateys.  Year 2 be dressing as Pirates!  Them scurvy land-dogs be followin' the treasure map to where the X marks the spot.  It's pieces of eight and a shiverin' timber all round, else ye'll be a-walking the plank!  Argh.

Y3 Cave Painters

October 2, 2015
Year Three have been learning about the Stone Age, and this week had a go at making their own cave paintings. They were excellent! So good in fact that maybe one day in 1000 years, archaeologists of the future will dig up Viewley Hill Academy and conclude that school dinners were Woolly Mammoth twizzlers.
